Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

Brendita's Body Works uses PayPal to process all payments. PayPal offers a wide selection of payment methods. Whichever you choose, your financial information remains confidential. Brendita's Body Works does not have access to any financial data. Our shopping cart employs a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information.

Return Policy:

We cannot accept returns due to FDA laws and regulations for skincare products. However most of our products are available in generous "Try Me" sample sizes. For items that are scented, Fragrance Strips are now available! If you would like to sample more than one scent, no worries! Each fragrance strip arrives in a sealed bag to preserve the individual aroma. If you are not sure which product to choose, please contact me! I am more than happy to help you make your selection. If your order arrives damaged or it's not what you ordered, please let me know as soon as possible. I will rectify the situation immediately. Your complete satisfaction is very important to me so please, don't hesitate to contact me if there are any problems with your purchase.

Delivery Information

Great care is taken to ensure that each and every order receives the personal attention it deserves. Orders take 1-5 business days to fill and delivery takes between 2 to 3 days (USPS Business Days). In total that is up to 8 business days from the time we receive payment until it arrives at your shipping destination. Often, the shipping time is much faster and it only takes 2 days from the time we complete your order. But please be confident that are making every effort to get your products out to you as soon as possible.

Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address before finalizing your order. Emails or notes left in Pay Pal requesting a different shipping address are not recognized by our shipping software/order processing software. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered shipping address or for orders that result in undeliverable packages.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of taxes. Residents of New Jersey will be charged the applicable sales tax.
