Daily Spa Ritual

After cleansing and rinsing, gently squeeze excess water out of hair. Place a few drops of conditioner in the palm of one hand. Using the finger tips of your other hand, apply deep conditioner to ends of your hair, continuing up towards your scalp. Carefully and gently detangle your hair with your finger tips, beginning at the ends. Distribute the deep conditioner throughout your hair with a wide tooth comb, starting at the ends, working your way up to the roots until you're able to comb through the entire length of your hair, from root to tip. Cover hair with plastic conditioning cap and your preheated Phat Head Hair Therapy Cordless Conditioning Cap for at least 20 minutes. Remove both caps and allow hair to cool down for 5 minutes before rinsing. Use the pressure of the water, not your hands, to remove the deep conditioner. Gently squeeze out excess water and pat hair dry without "scrubbing". Use every two weeks to maintain healthy, nourished hair. Use every week if you chemically straighten, perm or use heated tools to style or dry your hair.
