Daily Spa Ritual

For Curly, Dry, Damaged Hair: Shampoo your hair as normal. Gently squeeze out excess water and then, beginning at the ends, apply cream to hair, working your way up towards the scalp. Using a wide toothed comb, beginning at the ends, gently detangle your hair and distribute the creamy oil. Put on a shower cap/conditioning cap and

1. put on your Phat Head Hair Therapy Cordless Heat Cap, or
2. sit under a hair dryer using the “warm” setting, or
3. sit in a sauna or
4. wet a big towel with very, very warm water, wring it out and wrap it around your head. Heat your hair for at least 20 minutes.

Longer/thicker hair may require a little more time. After the time has elapsed DO NOT RINSE IMMEDIATELY: YOU MUST LET YOUR HAIR COOL DOWN. This allows the cuticles on the hair shaft to “close” and seal in the nutrients from the creamy oil deep conditioning treatment. Allow your hair to cool for at least five minutes, preferably a bit longer. You may now either rinse your hair or leave the creamy oil in over night and rinse it in the morning. Which ever method you choose, remember to rinse well with warm water. Use appropriate Phat Head Daily Conditioner after rinsing shampoo from hair.

For Fine or Excessively Oily Hair: Apply to dry hair before shampooing. Heat hair as directed above and allow hair to cool completely before proceeding with shampoo. Use appropriate Phat Head Daily Conditioner after rinsing shampoo from hair. The 2 most important things are the heat and then allowing it to cool after heating.
