Green Planet Statement

I am extremely grateful for the abundance of treasures that the planet Earth provides us. Until I began making my own skincare products, I had no idea just how many natural plant based skincare ingredients were available! As it turned out, all I had to do was open my eyes to the seemingly endless possibilities.

In August 2007, the skin under my arms began to itch soon after showering and on many occasions, immediately after applying antiperspirant. My dermatologist recommended that I switch to fragrance/dye free laundry detergent. Since I found myself in the market for a new brand, I decided to look for a perfume and dye free detergent that was also "earth friendly". In so doing, I found a wealth of household cleaning products that are vegetable based and completely biodegradable. I have been more than pleased with the performance of these products.

I find comfort in the knowledge that I am able to do a little something to help keep the planet "green". In this regard, I am committed to using only recycled, recyclable and/or materials from renewable sources for the packaging and shipping of all of my products, whenever possible. This packing material is necessary to protect your items during shipping. I lightly scent all packing material with fragrance, so that you are greeted with a delicate and soothing aroma when you open your package.

All packaging materials are made of recycled materials. In lieu of cardboard boxes and plastic bags, your items will arrive in small cloth pouches. You can reuse these pouches to store jewelry and other small treasures. You can even fill them with the tissue paper and "crinkled" paper that I use to pack your selections and use as fragrance satchels in your home or office. It is my hope that this will help inspire you to hold strong to your own commitment towards a greener, healthier planet earth. The ingredients in my products are pure, natural, and whenever possible 100% certified organic.
