The routine starts with a proper warm up - carefully stretching your muscles and getting them ready for the exercises.
You'll begin by working out your upper body - strengthening and toning your arms and chest. The exercises will gradually incorporate your legs into the routine. By this time you'll be fully immersed in a low impact aerobic work out. (One foot will always remain on the floor.)
You'll work your abs the right way - slowly and deliberately focusing on specific muscles.
Finally, you'll cool down and stretch - so that your muscles can retain the full benefit of the exercise.
