I used to be arianna3 at the allure boards (it was just some random name i liked at the time) my name is brandi aka monkeybreath, which is such a loving nickname from my daddy. Im 21 from virginia. Glad to see everyone here!

Ciao, Monkey Breath!!! I met A LOT of women on the Allure forums and was lucky to become friends with a few of them: I am proud and thankful to say that YOIU are one of my true Allure friends. Thanks for visiting our little forum. I hope that it will build, grow and become the same meeting/greeting/dishing place that we used to enjoy at Allure.

aww, that makes me happy to hear that. and you are mine! It seems alot of the girls are here, i looked on allure and see only spam. how sad is that. Anyways, its great you have this forum,no spammers!

Hi Everyone!

I have recently transitioned from relaxed hair to natural hair. My Last relaxer was approximately June 2009. I have since been wearing my hair braided (cornrowed with synthetic extensions - Kankelon hair).

It initially wasn't my intentions of going all natural, the braids were more of a convenience since I became pregnant around the end of May 2009 and had moved to another state and had not found a new hair stylist to relax my hair. Now that my hair is all natural I have no intention of going back to a relaxer.

I think I have type 4b hair and I now want to learn how to properly take care of my hair with the right products, right hair regimen in order to have healthy strong hair. OPEN TO ALL SUGGESTIONS!
