I tried it a few years ago, since I color my hair frequently and it tends to be dry. I wasn't impressed. My hair just never felt really clean. It wasn't greasy or anything, just didn't feel fresh. Hard to explain. Anyway, I ended up giving it away.
I tried it. No dramatic change in hair condition though I live in a hard water area.

try hair one from sally beauty supply -- it's a lot cheaper and the same idea. when i used it i loved it but i had to alternate between that and regular shampoo, it was great for preserving color primarily. it feels good when you leave it on too. no miraculous changes aside from keeping color in the hair but i liked the hair one stuff.

has anyone tired one of those shower heads that filter water?
Of course! I'm still using mine, even though it probably died a long time ago. Mine is a chlorine filter, since our water is so heavily chlorinated that you can smell it when it comes out of the tap. If you're going to ask if it has made any difference, maybe a little.

That is too bad reading all the poor reviews.... . I have been fascinated by that infomercial since it came on the tv and wanting to buy it... sigh Wonder too if anyone has a good review for this product?

I tried the Wen shampoo. A friend of mine was visiting, raved about it, and left me her bottle. It totally dried out my hair after using it 4 times. I had straw! I immediately went back to what always works best for me, Davines Nounou shampoo & nourishing conditioner. (sorry Brendita) The Wen informercial is very convincing, and I guess it works well for some, but not all. My friend who gave it to me have thin, very fine straight hair that she colors from brown to blonde. She's used this for years and totally loves it. Go figure. As for the shower head filters, I've read they're a great idea if your city water is heavily chlorinated, but these days, most city waters aren't. Before spending money on one of these filters, that I hear aren't cheap, I'd get a water report from your metropolitan water company, then check what this filter filters out. Bottom line, I think a good conditioning with a BBW heated cap is the golden ticket.
